ConnectU finally being paid to stop being annoying

Facebook has long been in a long legal battle with the founders of ConnectU. ConnectU is a social networking site similar to facebook that was founded by Divya Narendra, Cameron Winklevoss, and Tyler Winklevoss. The 3 claim that in 2004 they hired Mark Zuckerberg to program their website, but instead he stole the source code and created The Facebook. Some court documents from the ongoing trial can be found here. The case was dismissed in 2007, but filed again on March 11th, 2008. According to a New York Times article it looks like facebook is ready to settle the case, and finally put the embarrassing legal episode behind it.
